Cut-to-Length Supply: Specify the Delivered Sheet
A cut sheet is an output with its own acceptance conditions. State the input material and the delivered length, width, flatness state, edge and packing your line needs. Ask ZIVO STEEL to confirm the exact material and processing role it can accept, including who measures and records each finished stack.

Confirm What ZIVO Can Arrange for This Order
ZIVO STEEL can arrange cut-to-length processing through partner factories; the partner factory carries out the work. Ask ZIVO to state the exact material it can source, whether this order includes processing, and which party performs leveling, cutting, inspection, packing and shipment. Keep the named processor, inspection contact and exception route in the order record.
Do not infer a universal sheet size, flatness or turnaround from this service description. The offer should state the input and output it accepts for this job and any limits or extra work that remain outside scope.
Define the Input Coil and Target Sheet
Provide the master-coil grade, product standard and edition, thickness, width, delivery condition, finish or coating, heat/lot and required mill documents. Provide the finished sheet width and length, quantity, usable-face direction and the downstream cutting, forming or installation task. Identify whether the order is for sheet from coil or a distinct plate product so the form and its standard are correct.
Ask how each stack or sheet remains traceable to its input coil. If sheets from more than one lot are allowed in a shipment, define the separation and label information before processing starts.
Set Length, Flatness and Edge Acceptance
Write the length and width limits, squareness and edge condition required by the next operation. Define how flatness will be measured on the delivered sheet: support state, length or span, tool, units and sampling points. If leveling is requested, specify whether acceptance applies before or after that operation and who performs it.
Ask the processing party to confirm feasibility for the actual grade, thickness, width and cut length. A coil standard or another processor's machine rating cannot automatically prove a finished-sheet limit; include any supplemental limit and exception in the quote.
Have a Specification Ready?
Send what you already know, such as grade, finish, size or quantity. Inquiries are answered within 2 hours.
Agree Packing, Identification and Inspection
Set stack height or mass, pallet or skid, separator and surface-protection requirements, sheet orientation and labels. Ask which finished dimensions and shape results will be recorded, at what sampling frequency and by whom. Preserve the input heat or lot on every stack and attach the agreed producer or processor documents.
Define the inspection point for scratches, burrs, dents, coating damage or transit marks. State who isolates and remedies a short sheet, a non-flat stack or a mixed lot before the material moves to fabrication.
Send a Complete Quote and Order Checklist
Send the full input identity, target sheet dimensions and quantities, acceptance method, finish, protection, packing, lot labels, documents and requested delivery point. Ask ZIVO STEEL to respond with the exact offered material, processor role, accepted output, exceptions, price basis and schedule for this order. Do not read those commitments into a product-family page.
Before accepting the quote, align the purchase order with the confirmed processing and inspection responsibilities. At receipt, compare a labelled sample from each lot or stack with the agreed sheet criteria and segregate mismatches.
Frequently Asked Questions
State the actual product form and applicable standard. A sheet cut from coil and a separately produced plate need their own order and inspection identities.
Give the accepted measurement state, support, span or length, tool, units and sampling plan, then ask the processor to confirm the limit for the actual input.
Keep the input heat or lot tied to each delivered stack or sheet, with dimensions, inspection result and any exception recorded against its label.
