Industrial Round Pipe Scope and Routes
ZIVO STEEL supplies industrial stainless steel round pipe as a supplier. The first buying decision is intended service, followed by whether the route is welded or seamless. Those routes must be checked independently for the order; a coil grade or finish does not prove that a pipe of the same designation can be sourced. Decorative, sanitary, heat-exchanger and certified high-pressure products are outside this page’s default offer. Confirmed business routes cover straight-seam welded TP304/304 and seamless TP304/TP304L industrial pipe separately. Exact OD, wall, length, ends and testing depend on the selected order and supplier documentation; these routes do not establish a pressure-equipment certification.

Intended Service Before Pipe Dimensions
Do not select pipe by stainless grade alone. Tell ZIVO whether the pipe is for an ordinary industrial fluid, fabrication or mechanical assembly, and identify any design condition that changes the required pipe standard or inspection. Manufacturing route and intended service are separate fields: the same outside diameter and wall thickness can be requested under different acceptance regimes. Pressure, hygienic or heat-exchanger duties need their own evidence and are not automatically covered here.

Outside Diameter, Wall Thickness and Length
Send outside diameter, nominal wall thickness, length and quantity as separate values, then add the tolerance basis from the applicable pipe specification. Where the pipe will be machined or connected, state the end preparation and how straightness or ovality is judged. A nominal size without wall and end details is not enough to match a pipe route. ZIVO will check the requested geometry against the chosen supplier and manufacturing path.

Show OD and wall on the drawing and note which dimensions are critical at assembly.

State cut length, squareness, bevel or other end preparation only when required by the order.

Grade, Standard and Delivery Condition
Name the current pipe standard and grade, the delivery condition and any surface state needed for the receiving process. A stainless coil offer does not confirm the same grade in pipe form. If the drawing names a grade used across several product forms, the pipe route still needs its own standard, dimension range and inspection evidence. Avoid treating a marketing grade list as proof of exact pipe availability.

End Preparation, Testing and Marking
Specify which tests and records the receiving team will check, and whether the required inspection applies to the pipe body, weld or finished ends. Extra tests are order-specific and must be confirmed with the actual route; no unverified certification is promised on this page. On a welded-pipe inquiry, identify the weld-related examination or records your design requires; on a seamless-pipe inquiry, do not copy a weld checklist.
