China Stainless Steel Strip Supplier
ZIVO STEEL supplies 304 stainless steel strip through master-coil slitting and rewinding. Share the finished width, edge, burr, winding and drawing requirements so the order can be checked.
Representative material view of stainless steel strip; product availability is checked by order.
Strip Supply Routes and Limits
ZIVO STEEL can source 304 stainless strip by slitting an approved 304 master coil through a partner route, then checking edge, burr and rewinding requirements for the order. Finish follows the actual parent-coil configuration; finished strip dimensions and tolerances are verified separately. Precision rolled strip is an inquiry that needs its own supplier review before an exact offer, and no spring or ultra-precision performance is implied.
Slit strip from master coil
Specify the parent material, finished width, edge and winding requirements; the exact combination is checked for the order.
Precision rolled strip inquiry
Send the drawing, tolerance and delivery condition for a specialized supplier review. Availability is confirmed for that order.
Strip Width Requirements
A strip order begins with the finished width your equipment accepts, not an arbitrary threshold that turns coil into strip. Give the nominal width, allowable variation, thickness and quantity per width. If several widths come from the same master coil, identify each finished size separately so slitting yield and packing can be reviewed. State whether the value is a target, a minimum or a maximum; a quotation must connect each tolerance to the selected supply route.
- Finished widthGive the width and its permitted variation in the drawing or order document.
- Processing fitIdentify feed direction, part layout and the equipment limit that makes the width critical.
Edge and Burr Acceptance
Edge condition is an order requirement, not a generic claim about every strip ZIVO supplies. Name the edge form that the downstream process needs, then specify how burr is measured and which side or direction matters. A stamping line may need a different acceptance point from a decorative cut part. Share the drawing or receiving criterion so the selected slitting partner can confirm feasibility before the order is fixed. Precision-strip producers treat edge condition and coil or spool delivery as separate order variables; this example is specification guidance, not a ZIVO supply promise.
- Edge definitionState whether the receiving requirement concerns a slit edge, deburred edge or another documented finish.
- Burr inspectionRecord the measurement method, sampling point and acceptance limit for the actual order.

Winding Condition for Your Line
A strip that meets width on paper can still be unsuitable for an uncoiler if its winding or core is wrong. Provide the core size accepted by the line, maximum package weight, winding orientation, and any interleaf or surface protection requirement. Explain how the coil will be handled at receiving. ZIVO will review those inputs with the actual strip route; no winding pattern or package weight is implied for all orders.
Machine input
Send the uncoiler or reel limits and the way material enters the line.
Delivery package
Confirm core, winding, protection and labeling against the purchase order before dispatch.

Grade, Temper and Surface for Processing
State the grade, applicable standard and delivery condition on the drawing or inquiry. Temper and surface finish affect forming, feeding and the appearance of the finished part, so name the condition you need instead of assuming it transfers from a stainless steel coil listing. A grade mentioned on a coil page is not proof that the same grade, finish or temper is available as strip. The proposed combination must be checked for the chosen supply route.
Strip Inspection and Ordering Details
Send a drawing or written specification with material designation, standard, finished thickness and width, tolerances, edge and burr criterion, winding condition and required inspection documents. If a sample must be approved, define what will be measured and how the production lot will be compared with that sample. Include destination and quantity so ZIVO can check sourcing, packing and the commercial terms for the actual order. Ask how the source-coil identity will be carried into the strip package and inspection record when the selected supplier documentation supports that link; do not treat a master-coil certificate alone as proof of the finished strip edge or burr acceptance.
- Specification packageAttach the drawing and the acceptance points that matter to your processing line.
- Quote basisSeparate requested condition from confirmed availability, price, lead time and documentation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Send the finished width, allowed variation, thickness and the drawing for each strip size. Include the feed or part requirement that makes the width critical so the proposed slitting route can be checked.
Name the required edge condition and give the burr measurement method, inspection location and acceptance criterion. Share the downstream process or drawing so the selected supply route can be reviewed against it.
No. Precision rolled strip needs a specialized supplier review for the specific order. Spring performance is not a default promise. Send the required material condition and the tests your application needs.
