Start from the finished piece
Describe the delivered PPGI flat sheet as finished pieces. Give thickness basis, final width and length, piece count, flatness need and any drawing revision. A master-coil width is not the finished sheet width, and a coil quotation does not settle cutting, stacking or protection of individual sheets. Ask whether the proposed source is cut-to-length feedstock or a separately sourced finished sheet, then verify that route for the order. ZIVO checks the actual piece schedule with a partner supplier rather than publishing a universal sheet range.
Confirm substrate and paint
Identify the galvanized zinc-coated substrate beneath the paint and name its material and metallic-coating requirements. Then specify primer, topcoat, backcoat and the visible face. If thickness is critical to the part, distinguish base-metal thickness from the overall painted thickness and agree the measurement method. A PPGI flat-sheet enquiry must not be turned into a bare galvanized zinc-coated sheet order: the color sample and organic-coating acceptance remain part of the product. Confirm the proposed combination with the partner before approving substitutions or cutting from a different parent coil.

Agree visible-face acceptance
For a visible panel, state which side is viewed, the approved color sample, gloss or texture and where blemishes would be unacceptable. Define any protective film, the intended forming operation and whether the finished pieces must remain flat after cutting. Keep the sample and surface criteria with the drawing. A color number alone is useful for initial matching, but it is not a complete receipt condition for a stack of PPGI sheets.

Protect and identify each package
Agree separators, face protection, bundle size, piece count and labels that identify the sheet dimensions and source lot. If sheets are cut from coil, request the parent-coil material record and a separate check of finished-piece size, trim and surface. Photograph damaged edges or wet packaging at arrival before moving the stack. Packing and labeling must match the actual transport route and be confirmed in the order.

Send the piece drawing and revision, PPGI substrate and coatings, finished dimensions and quantities, visible-face sample, flatness and protection needs, delivery point and document list. ZIVO will ask a partner supplier to confirm the available source and cut-to-length or finished-sheet route.
