Flat Galvanized Sheet or Profiled Roofing
ZIVO STEEL can arrange flat DX51D+Z sheet by cutting a suitable approved hot-dip galvanized coil to length or through a partner flat-sheet source. A separate SECC electro-galvanized flat-sheet route is available by order. Hot-dip and electro coating designations and treatments are not interchangeable; each finished piece needs its own source, coating basis, dimensions and receiving condition. Corrugated roofing, profiled roofing and prepainted products are separate product decisions. For a painted finish, start with the separate PPGI or PPGL sheet route and specify its paint system and approved color sample. This unpainted galvanized sheet page is not a blanket offer for prepainted material.

Sheet Sizes and Forming Requirements
Give the finished thickness, width and length for each flat piece, plus the tolerance basis that your cutting or forming process needs. If a hot-dip galvanized coil is to be cut to length, the final flatness and trim condition must be checked after processing. A partner-stock flat sheet is a separate route and may have different piece and packing constraints. Provide the part drawing and the operation that the sheet must pass.

Hot-Dip and Electro-Galvanized Order Routes
Hot-dip galvanized sheet and electro-galvanized sheet must be identified as distinct sourcing and specification routes. For a hot-dip order, state the substrate, coating designation and its measurement basis under the applicable standard. An electro-galvanized inquiry needs its own supported configuration, such as an order-confirmed SECC route, and its coating designation, basis and surface treatment must not be copied from a hot-dip row. ZIVO checks the actual route and standard before any combination is offered. Coating designations and test bases vary by route and governing standard; do not transfer a hot-dip coating label to an electro-galvanized order without checking whether the requirement is per side or for both sides.

Surface Protection, Packing and Receipt Checks
Tell ZIVO which face needs protection, how flat pieces will be stacked, and whether separators or moisture barriers are required at receipt. The packing plan should carry piece count, size identification and a way to match the material documents to the shipment. Define where surface condition and coating documentation are checked; a photograph or generic product listing cannot establish the condition of your order. Where sheet is cut from coated coil, ask for the source-coil coating and material record alongside separate checks of finished-piece size, flatness, trim and piece identification. A coil certificate does not by itself verify the cut sheet geometry or packing condition.
