Sheet Formats and Cut-to-Length Supply
ZIVO STEEL can source 304 flat sheet from partner stock or arrange cut-to-length and leveling of a suitable approved 304 coil. These routes are checked separately: a coil finish is relevant only when that exact source coil is used, and sheet flatness, film, piece packing and finished size require the actual order configuration. Checker, embossed and dedicated decorative-pattern sheets are outside this page.

Cut-to-length route
State the target length, flatness and surface protection; the parent coil and processing combination must be checked for the order.

Grade and Surface for the Finished Part
Select the material and visible surface for the finished component, then provide the applicable standard and acceptance document. A finish listed for coil does not establish the same finish in the flat sheet size you need. If appearance across pieces matters, describe the viewing condition and handling after the film is removed. ZIVO checks the grade, finish and sheet route together for the inquiry. For a special appearance requirement, use an agreed reference swatch to define the visual target; this does not mean a particular finish is available from ZIVO.

Flatness, Dimensions and Protective Film
A flat sheet order needs finished thickness, width and length for each piece, with the tolerance basis stated separately from nominal size. If the sheet will be cut, bent or displayed, identify the flatness criterion and which face needs protection. Film selection, peeling direction and residue limits belong in the order specification when they matter to fabrication. None of these conditions should be inferred from a coil table or a generic sheet image.

Packing and Order Details for Flat Sheets
Count sheets and packages separately. Give the piece count per size, stacking orientation, separator or interleaf requirement, edge protection and preferred pack size. If a cut-to-length route is used, state whether the drawing dimensions are finished dimensions after leveling and trimming. Confirm marking and document needs before dispatch so the receiving team can match each package to the order. State whether identification must appear on each sheet or on each package, and how the source heat or lot reference will follow pieces cut from coil. Agree this before cutting and packing; a bundle label alone may not identify loose sheets at receipt.
