Confirm the finished profile
Start with the finished PPGL profile drawing. Name the pitch, depth, crest and valley shape, lap direction, edge detail and revision, then give the effective cover width required by the installed layout. Overall sheet width and cover width are different; a generic corrugated label cannot establish that your panels will fit. ZIVO sources profiled sheets through partner suppliers for each order and must check the actual drawing and forming route. It does not claim an owned profiling line or a catalogue profile that automatically fits your project.
Identify the PPGL substrate
Specify the aluminium-zinc-coated steel substrate, grade and metallic-coating designation for the PPGL profiled sheet. Then confirm whether the partner will form the profile from prepainted feedstock and which material standard and edition it proposes. The base and organic paint are separate requirements; do not borrow a PPGI substrate line or an unpainted aluminium-zinc row. Send the intended exposure and fixing context so the partner can assess the proposed material and forming conditions, without implying a structural or roof-system guarantee.

Specify paint and visible face
State the paint system on the weather-facing and reverse faces, the controlled color sample, gloss and any protective film. Forming can stress the visible coating at bends; agree any flexibility or appearance check with the actual supplier and product. If adjacent panels must match, record the sample and batch approach before production. A digital color image or another seller's chart does not define the finished PPGL roof panel you will receive.

Agree packing and marking
Give finished PPGL profile length, piece count by length, bundle size and stacking direction. Ask how the face, edges and profile crests will be protected during handling and transport, and how each bundle will be marked with the drawing revision and lot. The order should distinguish the parent-coil document from finished-profile geometry and condition. ZIVO confirms packaging and marking through its partner for the actual shipment rather than promising one standard pack.
Check the delivered sheets
At receipt, compare the delivered PPGL profile against the drawing, effective cover width, length and count. Inspect the visible paint, cut edges, bundle labels and any moisture or transit damage before installation. Preserve photos and the agreed sample if there is a mismatch. Send the drawing, substrate and paint requirements, color sample, quantity and destination to ZIVO for an order-specific partner check; this material page does not certify wind, water-tightness or service life of a complete roof system.
