Steel Product Families
Choose the material family and delivered form before comparing specifications. ZIVO sources stainless steel as coil, partner-slit strip, flat sheet, plate, industrial pipe and bar; carbon steel as coil, plate, pipe and bar; and galvanized steel as coil, flat sheet and tube. Prepainted PPGI and PPGL coil, flat sheet and profiled sheet are sourced from partner suppliers after the coating system and delivered form are specified. Each form follows its own order and supplier route. A coil size or coating combination is not a standing offer for another form.

How ZIVO STEEL Supplies
ZIVO coordinates a supply route against the order specification. Partner factories or processors provide the material and any agreed processing; ZIVO confirms the specification with you. Inspection and document requirements are set against the delivered form and order.

Coil and selected non-coil routes are sourced through partner suppliers and processors; ZIVO does not own a mill.

ZIVO sales confirms the specification with you before the order and keeps the confirmed specification on file.

Slitting, cutting to length, protective film and polishing can be arranged.

For coil orders, ZIVO checks thickness, width, surface, weight, packing and labels before shipment. Agree other form checks with the order.

Specification Matching and Procurement Support
Give the material, use and delivered form first. Then specify the dimensions that belong to that form: coil width and inner diameter, flat-sheet or plate size, pipe outside diameter and wall, or bar section and length. Add finish or coating, quantity, required documents and destination. ZIVO confirms the specification and lead time for the order.

Inspection and Traceability
For coil orders, ZIVO checks thickness, width, surface, weight, packing and labels before shipment. For flat products, pipe and bar, agree the relevant checks, identity marks and document set against the order and source supplier. Match any mill test certificate to the material delivered.

Coil Processing and Packing
